Our company produces cold forming from 2.00 mm to 120.00 mm with 6 state-of-the-art machinery. Our production includes a variety of materials such as free cutting steel, transmission steel, carbon steels, and manufacturing steels.
Special profiles can be produced as cold-formed according to customer demand.
While free cutting and carbon steels are sourced as hot raw materials from abroad, transmission steel are procured from the domestic market. They are subjected to cold forming in our factory before being delivered to our customers. To commence the production process, the General Manager provides the Production Manager with the Production Program. Following this directive, the Production Manager checks for sufficient raw materials. (Our facility maintains ample stock levels in all diameters.) Once sufficient raw materials are swiftly procured, the following processes are carried out:
