Our standard size is 3 M length but according to customers’ demand, specific diameters and sizes can be produced.

Free cutting steel, is an unalloyed steel containing high sulphur (S) and manganese (Mn). Thanks to Manganese and sulfur which provide the opportunity of small / fragile sawdust and high speed formation. Free cutting steels’ features provide the chance to make threads, holes and etc. by multi spindel and CNC machines very easily. And let this kind of steel be known as the best workable steel.

The addition of lead (Pb) to in this type of steel, causes improvement of cutting speed. Free cutting steels are divided into three groups as case hardening. Applied heat treatment, apply reclamation treatment and applied cementation operation.

Due to it’s surface sensitivity, free cutting steels are produced within h9-h11 tolerances. 

According to customers’ demand, packaging can be done in a protective, custom packages (Jute, crate, etc.).
